Sylvia O. Noggle
of RR 4, Attica, age 82, died Monday morning, January 18, in Williamsport
Community Hospital. She was born in Hillsboro, September 21, 1899, the daughter
of Thomas and Mary Nelson Swearingen. January 8, 1915, she married Carl
F. Noggle, who died August 7, 1972. he couple owned the Wabash Drive-In Theater
at Attica from 1948 to 1971.
Survivors include
a daughter, Catherine Milligan of Williamsport; and two brothers, Guy
Swearingen of Ogden, Illinois, and Frank Swearingen of Alvin, Illinois.
Funeral services
were held this afternoon (Thursday) at Maus Funeral Home in Attica with Rev.
Harvey Lange officiating. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery at Hillsboro. –
